After graduating from UT in 2014, I jumped straight into project engineering and project management in the petrochemical industry. Day to day, I'm still knee deep in project engineering, now at a clean-tech start-up where I hope I can make a real impact to not just my colleagues, but also to the world.
But most importantly, over the past decade, I've had the opportunity to travel to see some incredible places. What started out as making drip coffee in my office since the communal coffee maker made coffee just a bit tastier than tar, has evolved into seeking out the best coffee shops in every new city I visit.
My next endeavor is starting this coffee business and seeing where it will take me. Check out my blog where I'll be posting coffee-related content (reviews, experiences, gear, and more). I may throw some travel blogs in there as well.
